Kenan is the largest independent provider of transportation and logistics services to the petroleum industry. During our ownership period, Keenan acquired and integrated five companies (one more than doubled the size of the Company) to create a nationwide network of transportation and logistics services. RFE recruited several key executives to strengthen the management team, helped the company develop a world class safety program, and initiated implementation of centralized dispatch system.
