Don Juricic joined RFE in 1985, initially as Assistant Controller. Prior to joining RFE, Don worked for one year at Control Data Corp. Don is a graduate of Villanova University, where he received a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, degree in Business Administration, and New York University, where he received a Master of Business Administration degree.

Peter Reiter joined RFE in 1996 as an Analyst. Peter is currently a Director of Global IFS. From September 1992 until he joined RFE, he worked for KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP as an Auditor.

Peter is a graduate of Iona College, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting, and New York University, where he received a Master of Business Administration degree.

Peter lives in Stamford, CT with his wife (Kelly) and one daughter, while his two other daughters are in college draining financial resources. When not at RFE, Peter enjoys reading, trail running with his dog and water sports at his lake cottage.

Jim Parsons joined RFE Investment Partners in 1986. He is currently a Director of Hastings Manufacturing, PureRED Integrated Marketing, and Global Point Technology Group.

In 1981, Jim joined Michigan Capital and Service, the private equity subsidiary of NBD Bancorp, Inc. and has been active in private equity since.

Jim is a graduate of Williams College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree, and the University of Michigan, where he received a Master of Business Administration degree.

Jim and his wife Susie have four daughters and one son-in-law in their 20s and 30s. When not at RFE, Jim enjoys tennis, squash and skiing.

Michael Foster joined RFE Investment Partners in 1989. He is currently a Director of Global IFS, EnsembleIQ, PureRED, Squan and ZRG Partners, as well as a Director of Sabra Health Care REIT (SBRA).

Michael has been actively engaged in the private equity industry since 1978, initially as an attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton, and later as a partner of O’Sullivan Graev & Karabell, advising many private equity firms in scores of investment and acquisition transactions.

Michael is a graduate of Cornell University, where he received Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Jurisprudence, magna cum laude, degrees.

Michael and his wife Liz live in Westport Ct, have two grown children and a son-in-law, and recently became the grandparents of beautiful baby girl. When not at RFE, Michael enjoys cooking, skiing, biking , saltwater fishing and, now, babysitting.
