RFE partnered with management to acquire a U.S. based manufacturer of small fractional AC motors and related assemblies with China based manufacturing. RFE recruited a new CEO to lead the Company and assisted in the recruitment of a new leadership team. We also led the acquisition of a China-based manufacturer of specialty DC motors, acquired a provider of motor drives and controls as well as another manufacturer of gear motors for industrial applications.
