RFE Investment Partners Hires New Vice President Leland Kutay

RFE Investment Partners (“RFE”) is pleased to announce the hiring of Leland Kutay as a Vice President on the investment team.

Mr. Kutay has an extensive background, most recently as a Private Equity Investment Professional at Kaulig Companies, the single-family office of Matt Kaulig, founder of Leaf Home. Prior to Kaulig, Leland spent four years at Gridiron Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, where he supported the evaluation, execution, and management of investments across business and residential services, consumer, and industrial platforms. Mr. Kutay began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials Group at Barclays, where he advised on M&A and financing transactions.

Mr. Kutay graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and received his MBA with honors from Columbia Business School.
