Max Goldenberg joined RFE in 2026. Prior to joining RFE, Max was an Investment Banking Associate at Cascadia Capital focused on Consumer and Retail M&A. Before Cascadia, he was an Analyst at CSG Partners specializing in leveraged ESOP transactions.

Max graduated cum laude from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Outside of the office, Max enjoys swimming, running in Central Park, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
