Julie Joyce joined RFE in 2025 as Chief Talent Officer. She supports the firm’s talent strategy across both the portfolio and deal teams and serves as a key link between talent and value creation.

Prior to joining RFE, Julie was Chief Operating Officer at Jensen Partners, where she led firmwide operations and developed Jensen DiversityMetrics™, the firm’s DEI-focused SaaS platform. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Global Research at ZRG Partners and held roles at The Prince Houston Group and FXall, a division of Thomson Reuters.

Julie is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oneonta, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology.

Julie lives in New York with her husband (David), their son, daughter, and dog. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and traveling.
