Harry Somerdyk is Managing Partner of MidMark Talent Advisors, a specialized talent management consulting firm serving middle market private equity firms and their portfolio companies across executive search, board advisory, and human resources operations. Previously, he served as Chief Talent Officer at RFE Investment Partners, where he was among the first partner-level talent executives in lower middle market private equity. Harry’s earlier career includes senior roles at Spencer Stuart, Information Services Group, McGraw-Hill, and Time Inc. He holds a BS in Public Relations from Boston University.
