Brian Cohen is the former CEO of PureRed, a former RFE VII portfolio company. PureRed was a technology-driven marketing and advertising solutions provider who worked with leading Fortune 500 retail and consumer brands in the US. Brian joined PureRed in 2022 to lead the Company’s continued investment in automation and personalization, spearheaded the reinvestment in AI and technology, and oversaw the acquisition of Haddad & Partners to further augment the Company’s creative production capabilities. PureRed more-than doubled its EBITDA in a few short years. In early 2025, PureRed was acquired by UK-based Inspired Thinking Group (ITG), known for its AI-enabled, agile content solutions. Brian currently serves as ITG’s CEO, Americas.

In addition to his role at ITG, Brian operates as Board Director and Independent Advisor to a variety of early-stage and mid-market companies, working with Boards, CEOs and sponsors to help define go-to-market strategies, build growth plans, and create enterprise value. Prior to joining PureRed, Brian was CEO of the Match Marketing Group, which he rebuilt and sold in 2021, and as a Senior Executive at Epsilon prior to its sale to Publicis in 2019.
