Akrati Agarwal joined RFE Investment Partners to lead Investor Relations in 2025.

Prior to joining RFE, Akrati was a Director at Eaton Partners, a global placement agent, sourcing and executing on multiple PE fundraises. Previously, Akrati also worked at FocusPoint Private Capital Group, a boutique placement agent located in NYC, leading the Project Management team. Prior to this, Akrati was at UBS in the Financial Institutions Group doing Investment Banking and started her career in consulting at Capgemini.

Akrati is a graduate of Tufts University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics; and, of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where she received a Master of Business Administration degree.

Akrati lives in Connecticut with her husband and two young daughters. In her spare time, Akrati enjoys working out, baking, and finding the best restaurants with “homemade” pasta.
