Prospective investment opportunities should be businesses with attractive growth potential, at least $5 million of annual cash flow and the following additional characteristics:

that has demonstrated the ability, experience, integrity and motivation to succeed;
- Defensible market position
in industries with predictable trends;
- Established franchise
through product leadership, low cost structure, superior service or brand name;
- A clearly identified and growing market;
and/or
- A compelling strategic business
plan to achieve profitable growth
