Michael Foster

Michael has been actively engaged in the private equity industry since 1978, initially as an attorney at Debevoise and Plimpton, and later as a Partner of O’Sullivan Graev & Karabell, advising many private equity firms in scores of investment and acquisition transactions. Michael joined RFE in 1989 after having represented the firm for over seven years. Since joining RFE, he has served on the boards of directors of more than 30 RFE portfolio companies and is currently a Director of Brook & Whittle, CBT Technology, iMedX, Nudo Products and ShelterLogic. Michael also serves as a Director of Sun Healthcare and Sabra Health Care REIT. Michael is a graduate of Cornell University, where he received Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Jurisprudence, magna cum laude, degrees.
