RFE pursues growth strategies for companies in the business services, niche manufacturing and healthcare services sectors.
Acquisition Criteria
RFE makes control equity investments in North American small market companies with initial enterprise values of $20 million to $100 million. We generally provide between $10 million and $25 million in equity capital to companies with attractive growth prospects and the following additional characteristics:
- Outstanding management leadership
- Leading and defensible market position
- Established franchise
- Clearly defined and growing market
- At least $5 million in annual cash flow
